Our Story
Snuggle began as a mother-and-son team with a shared mission: to improve daily life in care homes through better mealtime experiences. With over 20 years of combined experience and a history of supporting more than 150 care homes, we’ve seen firsthand the pressure managers face—especially when catering falls on their shoulders without the right support.
That’s why we created Snuggle: to take that pressure away. From specialist chef relief to compliance-led kitchen support, everything we do is designed to ensure residents always receive the quality meals they deserve—and managers get the peace of mind they need.
