The Snuggle Standard – June 2026

Over the past month we've seen some fantastic examples of kitchen teams going above and beyond across the homes we support.


From introducing new chefs to the care sector through our Shadow Shift programme, to recognising brilliant Kitchen Assistants and showcasing outstanding modified meals, it's been another month of raising standards and celebrating the people behind them.


This edition features our latest Kitchen Assistant of the Month, Modified of the Month, chef recognition, resident activities and some thoughts on developing the next generation of care chefs.


Thank you to every chef, kitchen assistant and care home continuing to make a difference every single day.
