Ingredients

  • 10 Ripe Bananas (Mashed)

  • 500g Unsalted Butter (Melted)

  • 500g Sugar

  • 6 Large Eggs

  • 800g Self Raising Flour

  • 200ml Whole Milk

  • 300g Chopped Walnuts

  • 2 Tsp Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1


Preheat the oven to 170°C (fan) and grease large baking trays

Step 2

In a bowl, whisk butter and sugar together.

Step 3

Add eggs and mashed bananas, then mix well.

Step 4

Slowly fold in flour, cinnamon, and milk until smooth.

Step 5

Stir in walnuts and pour into greased trays.

Step 6

Bake for 50 mins or until a skewer comes out clean.

Step 7

Allow to cool, then slice into 30 portions.
