Level 4 Purée

Ingredients
3 kg canned tuna in water (drained)
2 kg canned mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
1.5 litres vegetable broth
500 ml milk
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Boil mixed vegetables in water until very soft.
Step 2
Place drained tuna, cooked vegetables, and half the broth in a blender.
Step 3
Blend until completely smooth, adding milk and more broth as needed for consistency.
Step 4
Ensure the purée is soft, smooth, and holds its shape before serving.
