Ingredients
2.5 kg mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1.5 kg chia seeds
5 liters unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Blend half of the berries into a purée.
Step 2
Mix with almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Step 3
Pour into serving cups and refrigerate for 4 hours until thickened.
Step 4
Top with remaining fresh berries and serve.
