Ingredients
5 kg zucchini, spiralized
30 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
500g basil leaves
300g parmesan cheese
300 ml olive oil
3 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Blend basil, parmesan, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper into a smooth pesto sauce.
Step 2
Sauté zucchini noodles for 2-3 minutes until tender.
Step 3
Toss with pesto and grilled chicken slices.
Step 4
Serve warm with extra parmesan on top.
